There'ssss a lot of conflict there because for example there is atill all the guiiiilt from the honesty game with Raven which is what caused her to break down on him when she heard about the two Misatos. Ssso even though she now has EVEN MORE FEELINGS FOR HIM, the fact that she is being forced to face this and be an adult of sorts is stopping her from acting on them. IT'S ALMOST HEALTHY, IN A WAY.
